DIMECC Oy is an open collaboration platform that facilitates the formation of new business ecosystems as well as the technological and commercial renewal and growth of companies.
Currently DIMECC Oy operates four industry-led ecosystems: FAME (additive manufacturing), SW4E (software engineering ecosystem), FAMN (twin transition for manufacturing and ICT companies) and VAMOS (autonomous mobility in smart spaces).
We are looking for the Ecosystem Facilitator to assist VAMOS and SW4E ecosystem leads.
This is a unique opportunity for a professional interested in facilitating innovation, research and business development initiatives. Together with ecosystem leads, you contribute to the overall vision of the ecosystems by fostering collaboration between member companies to reach their ambitious goals. You will have freedom and opportunities to take part in important initiatives through assisting the leads in ecosystem operations.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Execute actionable tasks in programs and initiatives contributing to ecosystem vision
- Assisting ecosystem leads in running the ecosystems and address customers’ concerns.
- Organize, manage logistics and prepare materials for ecosystem events, meetings, workshops and excursions.
- Administer and maintain ecosystem tools, systems and communication channels.
- Create and develop marketing materials and promote ecosystem through various channels (e.g. website, social media, exhibition, etc.)
- Other required ad-hoc tasks
We are looking for candidates with:
- 3-5 years of work experience in coordinating position(s) supporting and working with international teams
- Project management skills
- Self-organized with “can-do” attitude
- Creative design skills and interest in technologies involved in VAMOS and SW4E
- Familiar with creating and developing marketing and communication contents e.g. social media
- Experience in organizing and preparing content for events and workshops
- Experience in administering systems and managing access control of e.g. O365 groups, mailing list, SharePoint, Teams
- Fluent English skills in both written and verbal
We appreciate the following:
- Finnish language skill is a plus
- Proven records of coordinating projects
- Experience in working with customers
- An eye for design and visualization
- Experience with Miro, InDesign, Gen AI tools like Midjourney
- Experience in working with company networks and interest in R&D and innovation.
