We Are Hiring: Expert/Specialist, Communications and Dissemination

DIMECC Ltd. offers facilitation, program management, and co-creation services, helping customers to achieve common goals. With 66 shareholders from industry and academia, DIMECC bridges the gap between companies, research, education, and funding organizations.

We are now looking for an Expert/Specialist, Communications and Dissemination to work especially in EU context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts, collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders across Europe.
  • Promote, disseminate information, and increase visibility.
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Work with a subcontracted marketing agency to drive business growth through targeted campaigns across optimal channels.
  • Design marketing and communication materials.
  • Manage project dissemination and communication activities required by DIMECC under EU regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in communication and marketing roles in an international context.
  • Proficiency with state-of-the-art digital marketing tools.
  • Strong presentation, writing and storytelling skills in both English and Finnish. Other language skills are a plus.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-changing, international environment.
  • Experience working with target group and understanding of the industry needs is a plus.
  • Experience working in the EU context is a plus.

Location:
Tampere or Helsinki (remote work possible), with the ability to travel within the EU.
