Tuominen joins DIMECC as CEO from the company’s Norwegian subsidiary, DIMECC AS. She has served as CEO of DIMECC AS since 1 July 2026, when the company began its operations.

Eja Tuominen has extensive experience in international business, commercial leadership and business development in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Before joining DIMECC AS as CEO, she served as Director of SAMS Norway, an association for autonomous systems. Previously, Tuominen held several leadership and development positions within IKEA in Finland, Sweden and Norway, as well as at Kesko in Finland. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Tokmanni Group Oyj in Finland and Löfbergs AB in Sweden. Tuominen is a citizen of Finland, Norway and Sweden.
